Drupal has two e-commerce options either the Ubercart or Ecommerce modules. We have used both of these solutions for business clients, but prefer the dedicated Magento Commerce solution if user account integration is not a requirement. We then do a theme or template level integration to provide a seamless experience for customers, and clients have an excellent CMS tool along with an excellent ecommerce application.
